The plan is two visits a year for each system: a cooling tune-up in spring and a heating tune-up in fall, for $14.49 a month. Over a year, that adds up to $173.88 for both visits.
“Per system” means one heating and cooling setup: the outdoor unit and the furnace or air handler it works with. A home with one air conditioner and one furnace is one system. A home with two separate setups is two systems, and each gets its own plan. Not sure how many you have? Ask when you call.
Each visit covers one system: the air conditioner in the spring tune-up, the heater in the fall tune-up. The technician works from a written checklist of the components that affect that system. The coil is cleaned during the spring visit, and filters are installed during the visit; you supply the filters.

You can have a tune-up without the plan. Which one suits you depends on how you like to pay and how many visits a year you want.
On the plan, the fall furnace tune-up is one of the two visits in the $14.49 a month. For a one-time furnace tune-up, call 916-675-1062 for the price.
If you would get a spring and a fall tune-up anyway, the plan turns them into one monthly payment. If you only want one visit, a one-time visit may suit you better. Either way, ask for the price of a single visit before you decide, because that is the comparison that matters.

A problem found at a visit is a repair, and you decide what to do about it. The repair pages explain how a repair call goes: AC repair in Roseville and furnace and heating repair in Roseville. The problem is quoted before any repair, and the tune-up visit itself is covered by the plan. A system that has already quit is a repair call, and the service call to diagnose it is $89.
Bronco installs and repairs heat pumps, so ask Jenn when you call how a heat pump is handled on the plan. Ductless mini-splits and water heaters are different: we install and replace them, but we do not service them, so they are not part of the plan.
