No. We install new ductless systems and replace old ones, but we do not take repair or service calls on existing mini-splits. If yours has failed and is past repair, we can quote a replacement.
A single-zone system for one room costs a fraction of a central system; multi-zone systems scale with the number of heads. The price depends on the line set length, the electrical work and the mount. The estimate is free and in writing.
Yes. Every mini-split we install is a heat pump: it cools in summer and heats in winter from the same wall unit, efficiently in Sacramento Valley winters.
Yes. Multi-zone Amana systems run up to several indoor heads from one outdoor unit, each with its own remote and temperature.
Often, yes, because they are heat pumps. Our estimator checks the current programs on the day of the estimate and files the paperwork after the install.
