Service tech was very pleasant and explained the problem. He gave me some advice re my heater, and left to obtain a part needed for repair of heater. He returned promptly and installed the unit quickly. My only negative was that my 3:00 appointment was overlooked and the tech didn’t arrive until 4:15.

He did a great job of moving the unit out of the way. He came over within 30 minutes and got the job done for a fair price. It wasn’t ac install though it was just moving the unit.
